REPORT: OA in LAC and the EU. Advances for a policy dialogue

The EU publication services has published the report "Open Access Policies in Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union. Advances for a policy dialogue" written by Laura Bonora and me.

The work describes the open access policies for scientific production that have been developed in LAC and in the EU, analyses the common challenges and convergence avenue for both regions to establish a policy dialogue, and proposes specific recommendations for a joint policy action on which to base intra-LAC and EU-LAC collaboration. These are structured into 4 priority objectives broken down into 7 actions and 19 concrete measures.
